Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
Refund Policy
We aim to offer the best peanut butter, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note the following conditions regarding refunds and exchanges:
- Opened or Used Products: We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product has been opened or used, unless there is a proven defect or fault with the product.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist. To ensure a smooth process, please provide videography evidence showing the product being unboxed. This helps us verify the issue and maintain quality standards.
- If any Refund approved from company end it will take 2-3 business days to reflect in your original source account.
- Return Process:
- If the product appears damaged, adulterated, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. As we deal with eatable items return should be notified to us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
- After your notification, we will conduct an independent lab test to confirm the condition of the product.
- In case of suspected third-party adulteration, we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our product integrity.
Refunds will only be considered if the reason for the return is valid and proven during our investigation. Please note that genuine reasons for a refund are required.
